Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms |

| If you wish to cancel or change your order before the items are despatched, please contact us immediately, by phone or e-mail.
If you are unhappy with anything we have sent you, please send it back to us within 14 working days, unused and in the original packaging. We will then issue a refund within 30 days. In the unlikely event of something proving faulty after use, please advise us immediately so that we can issue a replacement or a refund within 30 days. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
