Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms

If you wish to cancel or change your order before the items are despatched, please contact us immediately, by phone or e-mail.

If you are unhappy with anything we have sent you, please send it back to us within 14 working days, unused and in the original packaging. We will then issue a refund within 30 days.

In the unlikely event of something proving faulty after use, please advise us immediately so that we can issue a replacement or a refund within 30 days.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
