Description

This neat add-on allows you to eliminate most of the cables and connectors usually required when connecting a breakout cable/loom to the DR1.

The Pod has a built-in high quality stereo microphone, record on/off switch, tally light and resettable fuse for the power supply.

Composite and Y/C video input is via a professional latching 6 pin connector, which also supplies power to the camera and other external devices. There is also a powered video/audio monitor output. For direct camera input, use the VC-PRO6 camera cable

It is designed to work with any of the LiPol battery packs we sell or any other 9-15V DC supply, if used with a Pod DC converter cable.

You can easily plug in an external stereo microphone or remote control if you wish.

The Pod is designed to be mounted along with a DR1 on the DR1 PlateA quick release plate, which can then be fitted to a DR1 PlateB base plate.
