Description

The new HyVid PRO 1080 builds on the success of the HyVid SPORT 1080 and offers an improved specification in a number of areas.

The PRO 1080 offers full 1080P HD resolution, miniature remote camera head), 2-inch colour LCD screen for monitoring/playback, a high quality Canon lens, high resolution CMOS sensor and a high capacity rechargeable battery pack.

The HyVid PRO 1080 features a very compact camera head fitted with a fixed focus lens (142 - 172 degrees FOV depending on resolution and digital zoom setting) and separate recording unit which can power the camera and record for up to 6 hours on one charge/memory card.

The high-capacity battery pack is removable and 1 rechargeable battery is supplied with each kit.

The camera head is submersible in water and the recorder unit is splash-proof (not fully waterproof or submersible) so it can be used outdoors in most conditions. A built-in, high quality 2" LCD screen allows you to monitor and playback your videos without the need for a computer. You can also watch on a full size HD TV by using the HDMI/AV outputs, or transfer the video files to your computer via the USB port. Most standard software media players, such as VLC or Media Player Classic will play the clips with no special downloads or codecs required. The HyVid PRO 1080 is supplied with a detachable 2m or 3m cable between the camera and the recorder unit.
